What a GREAT way to end the 2011 Wedding Season - with a new design. Birch Trees in 3-D! More photos at bottom of page.
Congratulations Beth & Rama. Married 11-11-11
at Alyson's Orchard in Walpole. Cake was designed after their wedding invitations. Bottom tier is dark chocolate fudge filled with orange accented buttercream (Chocolate Susan - after the bride who suggested it). Middle Tier is Lemon cake, drizzled with fresh lemon, filled with seedless raspberry jam and lemon filling. Top tier is pink champagne filled with raspberry. Photo of this cake at the top of the page was the mockup I made for the couple's approval. This photo shows the actual cake, on a base the bride provided. Thank you Beth, your mockup was a huge hit at a recent bridal show!!!

If your wedding cake has
to be a real "jaw dropper", book early :-) A good decorator is hard to find. Reservations are made a year or more ahead of time because nothing beats a New England wedding - especially in the Fall!
