Margo’s wedding went off without a hitch. The cake was beautiful and was a hit……..I’ll send a picture when the photographer posts his shot of it. Thanks for helping to make Margo’s wedding (and her sister Marissa’s) truly sweet events!

I just wanted to tell you that our cake was AMAZING!!! Praises all around. I am so pleased with the way it turned out, I never had any doubts that you would do a fantastic job!
It was a pleasure working with you, and I think I may have told EVERYONE your name and told them how great it was to work with you. By the end of the night a crew of ladies stormed the kitchen in search of any leftover cake that didnt get cut. They came out with the whole platter with 2/3 of the bottom layer, UNCUT and eating it by the fistful. It was so funny to watch. we thought about freezing the top layer, but I'm not sure it will make it that far, we might just eat it for dinner!

5/21/11 Denise, We cannot thank you enough for the amazing cake you made for our wedding. It was the talk of the wedding. People were taking pictures of it like it was the Eiffel Tower or something...... not to mention all 7 flavors were delicious, we personally tried them all. 6-18-11 Hi Denise: We just wanted to say a quick Thank You for the wedding cake! It was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't believe how amazing it looked with the fire truck and ladder! It was so much fun doing our cake cutting ceremony with the axe but I definitely didn't want to cut into it, at first! The red sugar roses were gorgeous and the black lace detail was perfect also! I couldn't have asked for a better cake and I truly appreciate all the hard work you put into making it perfect for our special day! Just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how magnificent the kid's wedding cake was! Louie and I had been to so many weddings this year and each time the cakes seemed to get worse and worse, so I was a little concerned about Jenna's, but had faith in you. You didn't let me down! The cake was absolutely beautiful, just what they wanted and was out of this world DELICIOUS! Moist and the fillings were fantastic. I also loved my birthday cake; chocolate and orange!

It's been a while, I can't believe how fast time is flying! How has your Summer been? I have been meaning to email you to pass on some wonderful compliments I heard about you recently! I attended Alyssa's bridal shower last month and the ladies raved about your cakes! Not only were they beautiful, but they also could not believe how good they were. I heard a few say it was the best cake they had ever had because it was so fresh and moist. Alyssa and I were talking about all of your flavors and she loves the pink champagne, which is my favorite! We love what you do!! So, I just wanted to pass that along, I'm sure it is always nice to hear those things with all the hard work you put into those gorgeous cakes!

Aaron & I just wanted to say thank you for creating the most beautiful cake for our wedding! It was exactly what we wanted & your sugar flowers were stunning! Even more beautiful than I imagined. I must say that the Pumpkin Spice with cinnamon accent is still my favorite and was perfect for a fall wedding. The wedding cake was amazing!!! Thank you so very much!!! When I entered the Shattuck just prior to the wedding ceremony, Donna asked if I had seen the cake. She and I walked over to it, and we were both admiring it -- the cake tied in so wonderfully with our whole fall theme! It was absolutely beautiful! Donna remembered that you had brought this cake to one of the bridal shows, and I told her that Anne had first seen it there and knew instantly that this was her cake! Thanks for all the cake advise, too! The couple stood upright, without bending over, just as you had coached them! Besides that, we came home with the top tier still intact, and untouched -- and we still have quite a bit of French Vanilla and Chocolate Mocha cake left (the bride's favorites!) The Pumpkin cake was very well received, too! One of our guests had a slice of each flavor, and he was still raving about it this morning!
Thank you again, Denise, for your very special part in our beautiful day! The cake was perfect! We will definitely be ordering more cake in the future, and I will be recommending you to everyone!

Hi, Thank you we absolutely LOVED the cake. We only wish we could have had more. We had the one piece we fed each other! We didn't even get to try the pumpkin! We will have to get a cake for our first Anniversary next year. Explanation: We did not get to eat the layer we wanted because we were too busy working the room and really we should have told the staff that we wanted a piece set aside from the top layer.
